For my course teaching and work as the UCL School of Public Policy’s Director of Education (2017-2020), I have won UCL’s Education Award for Outstanding Contributions to Education at UCL as well as the School of Public Policy’s Departmental Teaching Prize for Outstanding Teaching.

I welcome expressions of interest from potential PhD students interested in the use of data to improve public administration, civil service management and (anti)corruption in government. I have a strong preference for supervising quantitative dissertations and particularly welcome expressions of interests from students looking to use administrative (micro data) records in government organizations in their research.
